Carroll Elementary School Shermans Dale, PA

Completed in 2018, this $8.4 million project replaced the aging mechanical system that serviced the 68,500-square-foot building. Our scope of work encompassed demolition of the existing HVAC system and installation of new self-contained vertical style unit ventilators. Renovations extended to the administration area, nurse’s area and art room, and plumbing fixtures were replaced in group restrooms. Domestic hot water generating systems were also replaced with more energy efficient systems.
