Ladd-Hanford Kia Lebanon, PA

Working on the Ladd-Hanford Kia dealership with client Chris Dawson Architect provided a stellar opportunity to demonstrate our versatility with MEP and lighting design on a wide range of building types.

The project scope involved renovation of their existing facility into a gracious new accommodation for Ladd-Hanford Auto Group’s Kia showroom and service center. The transformation coincided with Kia’s global rebranding, making this the first location in North America to incorporate the new logo.

GBE’s focus was on the highly visible 3,000-square-foot sales floor, which seamlessly integrates product display, staff efficiency, and customer comfort. We provided a variety of design services, encompassing a power distribution system; HVAC system and controls; domestic hot and cold water plumbing and waste piping systems; and interior, emergency, and egress lighting systems and controls.
